Statmon Technologies offers extended support services for all our core software applications, including the award-winning Axess™ control and monitoring software. Our StatCare™ support packages provides mission-critical software support to keep your system operating efficiently.
StatCare™ support options are offered one of two ways: per incident, or through our Annual Support option. Each support option is per license and allows you to submit unlimited support requests for 12 months. Also included are software updates and fixes.
The StatCare™ Premium option offers the unprecedented flexibility of phone support 24 hours per day, 7 days a week. Additionally, your email inquiries will be answered in a comprehensive manner in no more than 4 hours.
